What is SUP Paddle?
SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding) is a water sport where you stand on a paddleboard and use a paddle to glide through the water. It’s a fun, low-impact workout that improves core strength, balance, and endurance. When you add yoga to the mix, it becomes paddleboard yoga, a calming practice that enhances both physical and mental strength—perfect for those looking to experience the magic of water serenity yoga.
SUP Yoga Focus
Our SUP Yoga classes are designed to incorporate the best of both worlds, focusing on:
- Flexibility: Deep stretches and gentle movements through water yoga poses that open up your body.
- Endurance: Build strength and stamina while maintaining balance on your paddleboard through a smooth SUP flow.
- Balance: Strengthen your core and improve your physical stability with each pose.

Class Schedule
Join us for a 4-weekend session of 60-minute classes! Our sessions are suitable for ALL LEVELS OF YOGA, whether you’re new to SUP practice or a seasoned yogi. Here are the class times:
- Fridays
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This flexible schedule allows you to enjoy outdoor yoga at your convenience. Whether you prefer to start your day early or wind down in the evening, we’ve got the perfect time for you to flow through water yoga poses.
Beginner to Intermediate Levels Welcome!
Our SUP Yoga classes are perfect for anyone, regardless of experience. Whether you’re completely new to paddleboard yoga or have practiced yoga for years, our instructors will guide you through every movement and ensure you’re comfortable on the board. You’ll gain confidence with each class, progressing through SUP relaxation techniques and SUP flow at your own pace.
What’s Included
We provide all the equipment you need to make your SUP practice enjoyable and stress-free:
- Board and Paddle
- Life Jacket
- Carabiner Hook
What’s Not Included
For extra warmth and comfort, especially on cooler days, we recommend bringing your own wetsuit or neoprene booties. These items are not included in the class but will enhance your experience on the water.
What to Bring
We want you to enjoy your SUP Yoga session, so all you need to bring is:
- Swimsuit
- Water shoes (optional)
- Beach towel
- Water bottle (and don’t forget to bring good energy!)
